Towels are provided for your convenience (please do not bring room towels to the pool) and complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout our pool area. This stylish outdoor space also features three fire pits, available to guests on a first come first served basis. Pool guests can also enjoy tropical drinks and savory treats from the Pool Bar & Grill.

Pool Rules

• No lifeguard on duty – Swim at your own risk.
• Pool is only available to registered hotel and cabana guests. In addition, any guest who has purchased a Green Reed Spa membership or spends $100 or more that day at the Green Reed Spa will also be provided a wristband at the Spa.
• All guests must wear a provided wristband in order to access our pool, hot tub, and reclining lounge chairs.Guests without a wristband will be able to enjoy our Pool Bar & Grill only.
• One towel per guest.All guests must check in with a pool attendant to receive a towel. At the end of usage, all towels must be returned to a pool attendant. Any towel not returned will be subject to a $15 fee.
• All infants must wear a swim diaper while in the pool.
• Appropriate swimwear is required in the pool. No shoes, streetwear or undergarments will be permitted.
• For the comfort and safety of all of our guests we do not allow the following:
  Moving furniture – running – horseplay – outside food and/or beverages – diving – pool toys – glassware
• 4 person limit per registered room.

Luxurious Cabana Rentals at Sandia Resort & Casino

Relax poolside in the privacy and comfort of our luxurious shaded cabanas, which are available seasonally from May to September. In addition to the cabana amenities listed below, food and beverage service is available from the Pool Bar & Grill, Council Room Restaurant & Bar, and a catered menu. No outside food and/or beverage are permitted in the cabanas.

Furniture:Dining table and cushioned seating, 2 deck lounge chairs, a secured cabinet space, and individual cabana misters. No outside food or beverages are permitted. No extra seating will be provided.

Guests who rent a Cabana, Daybed or Lounger are not subject to reservation times and will be allowed in-and-out privileges. Cabanas are available for paid rental on a first come, first served basis and limited to a maximum capacity of 6 or 10 Hotel guests depending on size and location. Cabana Cancellation and Refund Policy

A credit card is required to hold for all cabana reservations. 48 hours of notice is required to cancel a reservation. Cancellation after 48 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the cabana cost. A no-show will result in a charge of 100% of the cabana cost.

No refunds due to inclement weather.

Pool Bar Hours

You have few responsibilities in your cabana (aside from enjoying yourself and your friends thoroughly), but there are a couple to be aware of.

You need to check in to your cabana much like you would a hotel room. If you don’t, the cabana that you reserved a month ago might very well go to someone else.

Your cabana host will provide you with towels, personalized food, and beverage service. Food and alcoholic beverages are all a la carte extra (and the club may have a minimum charge for food and beverage).

Some cabana clubs have areas set aside for smokers, but many don’t. Whichever side of the smoking debate you are on, ask about this when you make your reservations to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

With few exceptions, when you rent a cabana, you are getting it for the entire day, which usually runs from opening (around 8am) and closing (usually between 6pm and 9pm). If you’re late, you still pay the full pop, so be on time.

Bear in mind that many, if not all, cabana clubs charge (in addition to the cabana rental fee) a minimum food and beverage fee per person. If the cabana club’s website is unclear on this, make sure you ask about it when you call to make reservations.

Almost all cabana clubs expect you to be a guest of the hotel in which they reside. There are a few exceptions, but even these hotels only rent cabanas to non-guests on a sporadic basis.

Lastly, some cabana clubs feature “European sunbathing,” which is secret code for “tops optional.” Not all cabana clubs in Las Vegas feature European sunbathing, but if they do, I’ll be sure to note that feature when I’m talking about that particular cabana club.
